​We are hiring a Lead Tour Guide for our Food & Street Art Tour on the Atlanta Beltline. This is a part-time contract position.

About Us

​

We are passionate about food and art, and sharing an authentic experience of Atlanta. Every weekend, we guide guests along the Atlanta Beltline, sampling delicious bites at popular neighborhood restaurants and exploring the city’s renowned street art.

​

Our most unique experience is Barks and Bites: Beltline Doggie Crawl, where guests bring their pups on a restaurant crawl designed just for dogs. Doggies are pampered with gourmet meals at pet-friendly restaurants while their owners enjoy food and drinks along the way.

Now in operation for 5 years, we are growing and seeking tour guides.

About the Role

​

As a Lead Tour Guide, you will lead our Food & Street Art Tour on Saturdays and train and mentor new guides as they are hired. There is also an opportunity to grow with us - taking on content creation for our social media channels, and additional tour shifts as we expand this summer.

As Lead Tour Guide, you will:

• Lead Food & Street Art Tours on Saturdays

• Train and mentor new guides

• Optional opportunities: Create social media content, guide Doggie Crawl tours, and take on additional shifts as tours expand

Pay & Hours:

• $23/hour + tips (Training pay: $12/hour for 3–6 weeks)

• Saturday tour shift, 11 am – 2:00 pm

• Approx. 12 hours/month for tour shifts

Optional opportunities for additional work:

• Train new guides as hired

• Create social media content as needed

• Guide for Doggie Crawl ($20/hour)

What You Bring

​​

• Friendly, outgoing personality who can inform and entertain guests. (Perfect for actors, performers and entertainers!)

• Strong customer service skills – you know how to create memorable experiences

• Highly organized and detail-oriented – able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly

• You can memorize a tour script, while making it your own

• Familiarity with Atlanta and the Beltline

• Comfortable leading a walking tour of about 1 mile

• Passion for restaurants, local recommendations, and showing off your city 

• Experience training or managing staff

• Social media/content creation experience is a bonus

• Previous tour guide experience preferred​
